Favorite memory of swimming on Mohi’s team

The La Jolla trips were always amazing and I especially remember the skits we would do after dinner. They were so ridiculous and it was a great way to have fun with the team!

What I like to do when I’m not swimming

Ski, hike, play with my dogs, and build things!

This Mohi teammate makes me laugh the most

Summers has this hilarious way of talking during practice that always cracks me up. She also can make the funniest facial expressions!

If I could eat only one meal for the rest of my life, it would be

Buddha bowls!

My advice to new Monarch teammates

Don’t be afraid to be silly! Letting go of your fears will let you have such a good time with your teammates and those are the memories that will stick with you more than anything.

This is on my Bucket List

Climb Kilimanjaro, see Ben Platt live in concert, see the Northern Lights, and ski at Big Sky!

My plans for next year

Studying chemical engineering – still trying to decide on a school

MISS MADDIE! I’m going to miss you so much. You are such an incredible young woman and have been such a good friend to me throughout this year and last. I LOVED being your little buddy last year and hanging out with you, exchanging the silliest of gifts, playing throw throw burrito, goofing off at states, taking forehead pics, and making awesome inside jokes. You are seriously so amazing and I love you so much. I’m going to miss you so much when you leave me for college! Congrats on another great season (you’re a beast in the pool) and I wish you luck moving forward. Thanks again for being the best! 🙂 – Summers Filion

Maddie is always there to put a smile on your face, and she always has the best ideas and ways to make practice more fun and enjoyable. She’s always someone I look forward to seeing at practice and has been the best lane-mate I could ask for this year. – Jen Dugdale

Maddie!!! You are such an awesome person to be around! You never fail to make me laugh!! I was so glad when I found out that I got to be your little fish this year because I remember how fun it was to share a room with you last year in La Jolla, with our lovely dance to the song Girlfriend (we honestly should’ve gotten 1st place). Anyways I am so glad I got to know you in the 2 years that I have been on this team because you are a very cool person *insert emoji with sunglasses on*. Good luck on your next adventure! – Sierra Crean

You’re the best captain ever! It was great getting to swim with you this year 🙂 – Ava Berry

Congratulations! You are always so energetic and it was fun playing team bonding games with you! – Meg Kumar
